What supplements and
pharmaceuticals actually
do against cancer.

Verity Health Institute examines the published research behind supplements and pharmaceuticals side by side, states how strong the evidence actually is, and says so plainly when the honest answer is "not enough evidence yet."

Dr. White

Led by one voice, backed by an institute's worth of research.

Most of what Verity publishes, written and on camera, comes from Patrick, who has spent decades in hands-on clinical medicine and now leads the Institute's day-to-day research and reporting. Dr. White appears selectively, for topics that call for an additional credentialed voice, alongside a small group of contributing researchers and clinicians.

Our work takes two forms: written articles that walk through the published evidence in detail, and shorter videos where Patrick or Dr. White talk through a claim or a study directly.
